Last week a letter, written by Harp Frank ton, Junior, was published in the Waikato Times, alleging that the hoys aboard the Amokura were mercilessly flogged until the blood came for trivial offences. Word has been received from Mr Fisher, Minister of Marine, that an enquiry opens in Wellington to-day in connection with tjjo matter.
