(Received 29, 19.20 a.m.) Rome, May 2S. The Papal decree allowing cinematograph pictures to he taken of services in Catholic churches extends to Britain and Creator Britain. It vests a veto in the Bishop, and the parish priest must be present as censor and the sexes seated strictly apart.
