Armlicntions for preference share?, in the Hnddart Parker Company were revcu and a half times over suhserfbed, and the ordinary shares twelve time?.. It was decided to make the minimum fiftv and the maximum five 'hundred. After allotting certain shares essential in the interests of the enmpanv. the balance will be balloted for. Fifteen thousand shares have none to New Zealand, twenty-five thousand to Australian ports exclusive of Sydney and Melbourne, which have sixty thousand and a hundred and fifty thousand respectively.
