ißy Electric Telegraph.- Copyright.) tbmted Press Association.) London, December 17.

In the second test, England v. Australasia, played at Edinburgh, the game was drawn, one converted and “w, unconverted tries being scored by each side. The ground was soft, and there wore several changes in the English team since the nrst test, and tlie men were drawn from fewer clubs, securing a better combination. The colonials were chiefly on the defensive during the lirst half, England showing fine passing and handbug. Wagstaff scored a try which was unconverted. Frawley crossed from a breakaway, and Russell failed to convert. Lomas and Wagstaff added tries, one of which was converted, the colonials tackling well. Francis just missed a goal from a free kick. At half-time England was 11 and Australasia 3.

The colonials showed great dash in the second spell, and constantly attacked. McKivat scored, and Francis (from an awkward angle) missed the shot at goal. Russell then crossed, and Francis converted. From thence it was a hard game, without further score.
