Russia has protested against the abrogation of the Treaty of 18.'’,2. The. Senate leaders declare, that a resolution was certain to be adopted ending the treaty. Russia declared that the wording of flip Snl/.or resolution, adopted by the House of Representatives, was objectionable. A hurried meeting of Cabinet was held at the White House.
