o GERMAN SOLDIER’S SWEETHEART ARRESTED. ATTEMPT TO SELL TO RUSSIA. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 11, 8.15 a.in.) Berlin, December 10. Sergeant-Major Seroedor, and his sweetheart have been arrested at Posen for attempting to sell fortress plans to Russia. Enquiry tends to show that the girl alone is guilty. She stole the plans from Schroeder’s room.
