ALLEGED .11 ISA PPROPIATTON OF FUNDS. DISCUSSED IN THE HOUSE. (Received 11, 8.15 a.in.) Brussels, December 10. M. Royer, Deputy, alleged that King Leopold, with the aid of official signatures to false documents, received £1,200,000 of Congo money. M. Reiikin replied that the Congo State had justified such advances, but new facts revealed after the
King’s death had enabled 'he State Treasury to receive what was due to it.
