THE INSURANCE BILL. London, December 4. Liberal agents in the provinces are warning Ministerialists that the Insurance Bill is arousing hostility among the constituents. The Unionists are preparing a reasoned amendment to the third reading of the Bill on Wednesday. The general Federation of Trades Unions proposes to ask the House of Lords to secure central administration and control; unless the House of Commons amends the Bill in that direction.
