BATTLESHIP BOMBARDS. Tripoli, December 4. The battleship Rcumberts bombarded Todjarah. NO MORE TURKISH OFFICERS. Constantinople, December 4. It is reported that owing to Italian success in Tripoli and Derna the Government are sending no more officers to Turkish Africa. It is understood difficulty is experienced in keeping the Arabs together.
