INDEPENDENCE OF MONGOLIA.. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. United Press Association. Pekin, December 3. Advices from Arga state that the independence of Mongolia has been declared, and the Chinese officials dismissed. TARTAR CITY SACKED. Pekin, December 4. By the authorities’ permission the Tartar city within the walled town of Nanking iias been sacked and burned by the insurgents and fully occupied. The rest of the Nanking Imperialists have evacuated the town. The Pukow Imperialists at Hanyang shelled the revolutionary headquarters, causing a great exodus. The revolutionaries are now encamped outside the walls furthest from Hanyang. The Imperialists hold Cheefoo.
