A tentative agreement has been arrived at in the aerated water strike, and the men resume to-day. EARTH TREMORS RECORDED. (Received 4, 10.30 a.m.) Melbourne, December 4. Several earth tremors were recorded on the 29th and 30th. A SEVERE CYCLONE. (Received 4, 10.30 a.m.) Sydney, December 4. Friday’s cyclone struck the town of Guildford. Many buildings were wrecked, and roofs were blown away. The path of devastation is plainly marked.
