SENSATIONAL HAPPENING IN AUSTRIA. WHAT DOES IT MEAN ? (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received I, 8.15 a.m.) Vienna, December 3. A sensation lias been caused by the retirement of General J~Jouzemiorlf, chief general of the staff, owing to difference with the Premier, Herr Aehronthal. The former voiced a demand by military men for war preparations on the I talian frontier. BRILLIANT BAYONET OPERATIONS. (Received 4, 8.15 a.m.) Rome, December 3. The Italians in Tripoli drove off’ a large force of Turks and Arabs with the bayonet. Artillery shelled the fugitives. It is believed that the Turkish losses were heavy. The Italians had eigiit killed and 17 wounded.
