A SPY SENTENCED.

Schultz, accused of espionage, lias been tried at Exeter and sentenced to twenty-one months’ imprisonment in the second division. Sir Rufus Isaacs, prosecuting, told an amazing story of the accused’s devices secure naval secrets. The Chief Justice referred to the friendly relations between Germany and Britain, and stated that since no real harm had been done he had imposed a lighter seutencefthan accused deserved.
