Lord Selborne, addressing an Jmo&rial Mission meeting at the Queen's Hall, said each Parliament in the overseas dominions would decide in ,var time whether or not to actively •o-operate with tho Motherland. Both groat parties desired to take the dominions frankly into their confidence on questions of foreign policy in order r„o ensure their approval even more •ffiau their active co-operation. The point was whether better organised ao-opsration for common purposes, including defence, was possible or i ot. The answer must come from the dominions.
