NEW ZEALAND, LEFT OUT. Sydney, October 18. Confirmation has been received of the Oceanic Steamship 1 Company’s intention to resume the Frisco-Sydney service, via Honolulu, leaving Now Zealand out. The Federal Postmaster has been notified of the Oceanic Company’s proposals, 'which are arousing keen interest in commercial circles.
