ANTARCTICA.
THE JAPANESE EXPEDITION
Sydney, October 18. The captain of the Japanese Antarctic ship Kaina Manx has returned from a visit to Japan, where he went to rearrange matters for the resumption of the expedition. He expects to leave Sydney for the Antarctic in November.
