EXPULSION OF JEWS.

TO MAKE ROOM FOR SHIPWRIGHTS. St. Petersburg, September 7. A decree has been issued and orders the expulsion within half a year of five thousand Jews from Nikolaicxf. It is understood that further expulsion of Jews will occur in 1912 to provide for house accommodation for ton thousand extra shipwrights, drafted from the Baltic, in January, when Nikolaieff resumes its status as a firstclass naval port.
