AERIAL NAVIGATION.
Paris, September 7. M. Moreau, an engineer, has invented an automatic stabilisator, providing a perfect balance for aeroplanes, independent of the aviator. It is estimated that France’s fleet of two hundred military aeroplanes will be augmented to a thousand by 1914. (Received 8, 8.5 a.rn.) Berlin, September 7. Lieutenant Neumann, with the aviator Lecoutc as a passenger, fell neai Neuhauscn. The engine exploded, and both were killed.
