AERIAL POST.

BETWEEN LONDON AND WINDSOR. London, September 7. Tlio King and Queen, who are staying at Balmoral, promised to send' their letters by tho aerial post, which is to bo inaugurated on Saturday between London and Windsor. Tho first aeroplane starting conveys Mr Herbert Samuel’s greetings to the Postmastors-Goneral of foreign countries. Special postcards and envelopes have been issued to commemorate the inauguration.
