THE RECIPROCITY QUESTON. (Received 3, 8.5 a.in.) The insurgent Republicans and Democrats have passed through the Senate the Farmers’ Free List Bill after its rejection in the House of Representatives. The Farmers’ Bill and Senate Bill are practically the same, save that meat, Hour, and cereal products will only be admitted Irco when coming from countries wherewith the United States has reciprocity. Canada is obviously the country, meant. The Democrats regard this as a substantial victory, and ■'•intend, if the President I does not veto tho Bill to open the whole tariff question during the present session.
