Associations, ami branches of the Ear mors’ Union to use every effort to foster ami encourage cow-testing; that pasteurisation of milk' and whey he made , compulsory ; that the (loverninent he asked not to relax in any way its endeavour to have imported hone dust properly sterilised ; that specimens of noxious weeds he supplied to each A. and P. Association and Partners’ Union that will properly house them and all of them to he examined ; that districts which derive no benefit from annual expenditure in connoctcinh with State farms he supplied with a full set of wool counts properly arranged and proper counts attached; that the month ol January ho included in the sheep dipping season (this resolution to apply to Nelson province only) ; that the advisory committee he recommended to inquire if there is any necessity, apart from custom, for allowing one pound per ewt. draft* on wool to secure to the hnyer a ewt. of wool in fair commercial sense.
