NATIVE LANDS.
IMPORTANT TRANSFERS. (Per Press Association.) Auckland, July 18. , Some important business in connection with the settlement of various areas cf native lands in the King Jountry was transacted at a meeting of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board, which has just been concluded _at ,Te Kuiti. The number of eases dealt with total 118, tud the aggregate area of the land is 16,733 acres. The Board confirmed 33 sales, aggregating 3769 acres, and 30 leases, totalling 17,847 acres.
