RESTRICTIONS WANTED IN AFRICA. Capetown, July 11. The Native Races and Liquor Traffic Committee, representing worldwide missionary and temperance organisations, are memorialising Mr Louis tiarcourt, Secretary for the Colonies, urging him to call the Powers together at the, earliest date to consider the sale of spirits in Africa, especially the extending of the prohibition zones towards the coast.
