Penn supplies the following record of the rainfall in Stratford during June; — June 7 ... ... 98 points. ~ 8 . ... ... 2d ~ „ • 9 37 „ „ 10 61 „ ~ 11 21 „ „ 13 7 „ „ 19 58 „ „ 20 US „ „ 22 80 „ „ 23 17 „ Total 5.68 inches. The record supplied by Miss N. Trimble shows that rain fell in Inglew )od on eleven days in Juno. The heaviest fall was on the 7th, when Calls were-:—loth 1.25 in., 20th 1.25 m., 2’st ~9-1 in., 22ud ,91in. Other falls hero; Ist .01 in, Bth .43in., 9th .llin., 11 th .llin., 19th ,17in., 23rd .05in. Tito total fall was 7.49 in. At Patea during June 4.14 in of rain fell on eleven days; maximum .80 on 22nd. The rainfall for June, 1910, was 4.63 in. on twenty days. At Eltham 4.43 in. fell on fourteen clays.
