In Himmler’s Bad Books (Rec. 12.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, December 4. According to excellent private information from Berlin, Herr Joachim von Ribbentrop will be succeeded by the Nazi Governor' of the Netherlands, Artur Seyss-Inquart, says the Stockholm correspondent of the New York Times. Von Ribbentrop has long been in the bad books of Himmler, who dislikes von Ribbentrop’s musical comedy poses and ramshackle system of alliances which do not stand the test of adversity. As Himmler runs Germany, it is natural that he will drop a Minister whom he dislikes.
