COKATO WINS TOURIST HANDICAP (United Press Association) ROTORUA, February 8. The Rotorua Racing Club’s annual meeting opened in fine weather. The track was fast and there was a large attendance. The totalizator handled £29,880/10/- against £24,354 last year. After the second race the Judicial Committee reversed the judge’s placings on the ground of interference by Laughing Fox with Natal over the concluding stages. G.
