EUCHRE_EVENING The euchre evening run by the Wairio branch of the Labour Party was held in the public hall when there was a good attendance. The prize-winners were as follows: Women, Mrs M. Forde
1, Miss R. Sherman 2; men, Mr J. Egan 1, Mr A. Keen 2. A mystery parcel competition, was won by Miss J. Bonisch.
