ENGLAND PLAYS REST OF EUROPE (Received October 27, 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 26. In celebration of the Football Association’s seventy-fifth anniversary, England will play this afternoon a Rest of Europe team composed of five Italians, two Germans, a Hungarian, a Frenchman, a Belgian and a Norwegian, the majority of whom speak only their own language.
