SPYING ON BEHALF OF GERMANY
LUXEMBURG MAN SENTENCED BY FRENCH. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) Metz, October 17. Frederic Martin, of Luxemburg, was sentenced to penal servitude for 10 years on a charge of espionage on the fortifications of the Maginot Line for the German General Staff.
