FACTORY TAKEN OVER BY STRIKERS
FRESH DEVELOPMENTS IN • FRANCE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 8.40 p.m.) London, September 17. The Paris correspondent of The Daily Telegraph reports that the “stay-in” strikers at a factory in Lyons, after nominating a “committee of direction,” started funning the factory themselves. The employers have always feared this development, which is unprecedented in the history of the strike movement in France.
