CONCILIATION COMMISSIONER’S

DEATH. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, November 5. A man has been arrested in connection with the death of Mr M. Henwood, State Conciliation Commissioner, whose body was found alongside the railway line near Fauleon bridge, 51 miles west of Sydney.

YOUTH CHARGED WITH MURDER.

(United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 1.30 a.m.) Sydney, November 5. An 18-year-old ecclesiastical student was to-night arrested and charged with the murder of Montague Henwood.
