TWO MEN CHARGED. COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, August 14. Silver plate and cutlery valued at £7O was exhibited in the Police Court to-day when Francis Xavier Tohill, aged 25, and William Charles Wilson, aged 63, admitted breaking into the home of Captain Morris at Wadestown on July 30. They were committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Captain Morris, who is Director of Naval Reserves, gave evidence of being away from home all day, returning at 11.30 p.m. to find the place had been entered. Wilson had been employed by him occasionally as a labourer.
