ABROGATED GOLD CLAUSE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Washington, July 18. By a vote of 258 to 88 the House of Representatives to-day passed the Administration’s Bill prohibiting suits against the Government for damages arising out of the abrogation of the ’gold clause in bond contracts.
