RURAL TRUST FUND
REHABILITATION IN AUSTRALIA. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Canberra, December 5. The establishment of a Permanent Federal Rural Rehabilitation Trust Fund for the purpose of which the Commonwealth will provide up to £12,000,000 over a period of years free of interest to the States is the main feature of the Federal Rural Rehabilitation plan, the details of which were announced by the Minister of Commerce, Dr Earle Page, at the conclusion of a conference between Commonwealth and State Ministers which earlier had adopted the scheme.
