BAILLE-STEWART CASE
FRESH INFORMATION REPORTED. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 10.5 p.m.) London, October 27. Mr J. McGovern, M.P., declares that he has fresh information concerning the Baillie-Stewart case, _ including Marie Louise’s address, indicating that the charges were the result of a “frame-up.” He will ask questions in Parliament on the subject in November. .
