Colonies—M. Pietri. Marine.—M. Jacques Stern. Mercantile Marine.—M. Rio. Air.—M. Pierre Cot. Post and Telegraphs.—M. Mistier. Pensions. —M. Ducos. Public Health.—M. Lisbonne. Most of the new Ministers are Radical Socialists. M. Sarraut announced at a party conference that he was not changing the foreign policy. “We want no two or three Power conference with Germany and intend to follow the path to Geneva,” he said. M. Sarrant reckons on obtaining a vote of confidence by a slim majority when ne presents his Cabinet in the Chamber of Deputies next week. All _ the new Ministers except M. M. Pietri, Lisbonne, Mistier, Ducos and Stern, were in the Daladier Cabinet.
