RENNET SUPPLIES
THREATENED SHORTAGE DENIED. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, December 23. Local importers of rennet for cheesemaking take exception to the statement in an Eltham Press Association message yesterday that the cheesemaking industry was threatened with an interruption through a shortage. Supplies to cover all commitments are coming to hand on the due dates and in anticipation of an increased demand, additional quantities are on the way. The first parcel is due early in January, this surplus being sent out by British makers in order to guard the interests of their various clients.
