GERMAN VIEWPOINT

DISARMAMENT PROBLEM.

(British Official Wireless.) Rugby, September 23.

At Geneva to-day the British Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, had conversations with M. Paul Boncour and afterwards with the German Foreign Minister, Baron von Neurath.

It is not a question of Germany wanting to arm, but of other countries’ refusal to disarm.
