NORTHERN IRELAND PARLIAMENT (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, September 24. The Prince of Wales has accepted an invitation to visit Northern Ireland in November to open on behalf of the King the new Parliament Buildings at Stormont which, with the Courts of Justice, the British Government undertook to provide under the Northern Ireland Government Act 1920. The new buildings accommodate the House and the Senate, also 700 departmental officials. This will be the Prince of Wales’s first visit to Ireland.
