WYNDHAM SCHOOL
JUBILEE COMMITTEE.

A meeting of the Wyndham School Jubilee Committee was held on Wednesday evening, Mr Robert Richardson (president) presiding over a good attendance. . The clerk of the Wyndham Recreation Reserve wrote advising that the application for the use of the reserve for the jubilee had' been granted. Air J. Golding, Wellington, ex-headmaster of the Wyndham school, write acknowledging the secretary’s letter and expressing his intention of being present at the jubilee. The various sub-committees reported in regard 'to what arrangements had been arrived at, and it was decided that £lO be donated to the Sports Committee as prize money for running events etc. It was resolved that the Wyndham Pipe Band be asked to be in attendance on the day of the jubilee sports. It was decided to write to the local clergymen and ask them to arrange an open air church service on the Sunday. The secretary reported that the enrol, ments were coming to hand slowly and he asked all cx-punils and intending honorary members to hand in their enrolment at the earliest possible date.
