INJUNCTION REFUSED
USE OF GROUND AS AIRPORT. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, July 19.
The Wellington City Council applied to Mr Justice MacGregor for an interim injunction restraining the Goodwin Chichester Aviation Company using the Rongotai airport without permission. The company has been using the ground for some time, but the council refuses to issue a permit, alleging that in its present condition, its use involves danger to children.
Mr MacGregor refused the injunction on the grounds that defendants had not been served with notice of the application.
