MAU CHIEFS ARRESTED

SUPPORTERS OBSTRUCT POLICE. (Special to Press Association—By Radio.) (Rec. 11 p.m.) Apia, May 26. Two Mau chiefs charged with assault refused summonses to attend the Court and stated that they did not recognize the Administration. The military police arrested them to-day and the occasion was marked by an unsuccessful attempt by Mau supporters to prevent the arrest in which several of the Mau received damage from police batons.
