GOLD FOR LONDON
SHIPMENT FROM AMERICA. (Rec. 7.15 p.m.) New York, May 23. The National City Bank has shipped 5,000,000 dollars worth of gold to London. This makes a total of 16,022,000 dollars sent to England since the start of the movement in December, 1927.—Australian Press Association.
