BRIBERY CHARGES
INQUIRY POSTPONED. Canberra, May 24. In the House of Representatives Mr Scullin announced that the Labour Party’s inquiry into Mr Lambert’s bribery charges had been postponed at Mr Lambert’s request until a date to be fixed in view of the Government’s appointment of a Royal Commission.—Australian Press Association.
