DIPHTHERIA

OUTBREAK AT KAITANGATA. (Per United Press Aasociaiion.) Dunedin, October 30. Rather a serious outbreak of diphtheria is reported from Kaitangata where there are 18 patiente in the isolation block at the hospital. Precautions are being taken to prevent the epidemic assuming the proportions it did in the middle of winter.
