DECLARED FOR NEW SOUTH WALES. (Rec. 8.15 p.mJ Sydney, October 29. The Standard of Living Commission decided to declare one basic wage throughout the State, announcing that it had no power to declare a sectional wage. The amount is not yet disclosed.—A and N.Z.
