DISCUSSION BY LABOUR COUNCIL
RECOMMENDATION TO UNION. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, September 3. The Trades and Labour Council discussed the basis of industrial unity adopted by the conference of mine workers of New Zealand at Wellington early in August and resolved to endorse the basis of unity submitted in the joint report and recommended the union to adopt this basis.
