IN LIQUIDATION

CHRISTCHURCH BREWERY. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, September 3. Manning and Company, LtcL, brewers, are in voluntary liquidation. Mr G. Pengelly (manager) has been appointed sole liquidator. The assets to be liquidated are of an estimated total value of £270,000. They consist of Government bonds, shares in New Zealand breweries, and several mortgages. These assets are to be converted into cash as speedily as possible, and the proceeds distributed amongst the shareholders.
