SEAMEN AT HOBART KEEP PROMISE. VESSEL MANNED AND SAILS. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) SYDNEY, January 26. The seamen at Hobart kept their promise given to the Arbitration Court. The steamer Kowhai, which was the only one held up there, was manned and permitted to sail. It is stated that irritation tactics will be resorted to by the union in the next few days, and after a little delay the vessels may be manned.
