(Received December 23, 5.5 p.m.) The Court, in giving judgment in a case involving the sale of eggs, laid down three categories of eggs, as follows: New laid or eating, which must be sold within a fortnight of being laid in the summer or a month in winter. Fresh eggs, which have undergone any treatment and usable in the kitchen, and Preserved eggs, which must be so labelled.
